Banana Coffee Smoothie

Banana Java Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • two little apples (peeled, chopped and frozen)
  • one of 50 % servings look at milk
  • eighteenoz low-fat coffee yogurt
  • quarter tsp sugar-cinnamon (ground)
  • Dash nutmeg (ground)
Preparation:
  • Combine natural, freezing apples, use, sugar-cinnamon, and nutmeg in a mixer.
  • Blend well.
  • Pour into eyeglasses.
  • Garnish with great simply leaves and pieces of refreshing apples.
