Banana Molasses Smoothie
- five prunes (pitted)
- one method bananas (peeled and cut into 1” pieces)
- two servings vanilla flavouring soy use (low-fat)
- one tbsp blackstrap molasses
- three ice cubes
- quarter tsp. floor cardamom
- Put prunes in a normal dimension dish and add with hot tap water until included.
- Give it a 15-minute relax, then strain.
- Put your plumped prunes and the relax of your substances in a mixer.
- Whip until sleek.
