Banana Molasses Smoothie

Components:
  • five prunes (pitted)
  • one method bananas (peeled and cut into 1” pieces)
  • two servings vanilla flavouring soy use (low-fat)
  • one tbsp blackstrap molasses
  • three ice cubes
  • quarter tsp. floor cardamom
Getting ready:
  • Put prunes in a normal dimension dish and add with hot tap water until included.
  • Give it a 15-minute relax, then strain.
  • Put your plumped prunes and the relax of your substances in a mixer.
  • Whip until sleek.
