Sultan’s Favorite
- one tsp light Madras curry
- one tsp orange juice
- half cup bananas (diced and a little bit frozen)
- half tsp cinnamon (freshly grated)
- half natural (well chilled)
- half use (well chilled)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Curry dust (for garnish)
- Almond pieces (for sprinkling)
- In a mixer combine all substances.
- Blend well.
- Pour into a wine glass.
- Garnish with curry dust.
- Sprinkle with almond pieces.
